Milk Does the Body Bad?

Most Americans grow up being educated that dairy products are an important part of a healthy diet.  Today, however,  there is a growing number of people who not only think differently, but are proving that dairy products can actually be very detrimental to human health.  Shira Lane’s “Got Facts On Milk” is a comical fast paced feature documentary, that questions the health benefits of milk. This documentary utilizes multiple sources of information including the dairy industry, the United States Department of Agriculture, farmers, and just regular people. It is rare however to get the another side of the story. This film is informative, funny and can make a difference in your life.

FOX NEWS Reporters  Steve Wilson & Jane Akre   uncover that most of the Milk in the USA and across some parts of the world is unfit to drink due to Monsanto Corporation’s POSILAC®, which has been proven to be a cancer-causing growth hormone (known in short as “BGH” “BST” or “rBGH” ).  In the end they were fired for attempting to inform people of the truth.

  1. Read the book “Whitewash” by Joseph Keon. After reading this book, you won’t be drinking milk again. To quote Woody Harrleson’s “Go Further,” “Milk is full of blood and pus.

  2. I wrote about this documentary on last week’s post, and was happy to see that a lot of people are waking up to what’s inside our food/drinks–especially commercial dairy products! Great post and have a great holiday with your family and friends:)))

    • Thanks, just read your post…great information. I think the most important thing is that people stop fooling themselves. It may be hard to give up dairy altogether, but people should consider it more like a junk food and less like some kind of ultimate nutrition.
